Service Description
Tuesday 15th July @ 3.45pm - 1 hour session - Stuff their own large 16'' owl wizard - Design a personalised t-shirt for their teddy bear owl! - Teddy bear cloak and outfit included (to be put on at the end!) - Paint their very own wand - Their very own wizard hat and a delicious cake! - All craft items supplied Children will be seated, informed on how to do the activity and away they go! Stuffing their very own teddy bear, then using fabric pens to design their teddy bears very own t-shirt. Once t-shirt is done, they will then paint and create their own magic wand! Parents/guardians must supervise their child at the session (unless older than 6 years old). We ask if one parent/guardian comes per child due to space in the shop. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Participants. More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule. 24–48 hours before the session: Partial refund (e.g., 50%) or rescheduling if available. Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: No refund. 2. Cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling option. 3. Late Arrivals: Participants will have to 'Jump into the session', no extra time will be provided, and no refund for the time missed. Supervision and Responsibility: Participants must be 6 years or older to attend independently. The instructor, Emma, is not responsible for the actions or behaviour of participants. All participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own safety and conduct during the session. The instructor is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. Participants younger than 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session. Behaviour Expectations: To ensure a safe and respectful environment: Unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the session without a refund. Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited! Participants must follow all safety instructions and creative guidance provided by the instructor. Respect for others and the shared space is expected at all times. Health and Safety: Please notify the instructor of any allergies or medical concerns prior to the session.
