๐ง Penguin Sensory Shaker Snowglobes Sunday 14th December, 10:00am (around 1 hour) A calm, sensory-friendly festive workshop designed especially for children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities). In this gentle, fully supported session, makers will create their very own penguin sensory snowglobe, using soft sounds, slow-moving snowflakes, jingle bells and calming colours, the perfect winter craft to take home, shake, and enjoy again and again. This session is relaxed, quiet and pressure-free. Children are welcome to take part at their own pace with no expectation to finish. Headphones, comfort toys, movement breaks and stimming are all embraced. Adults are welcome to sit beside, join in, or simply support from nearby. ๐ง Supports sensory regulation, fine motor skills & creativity ๐ Visual instructions + 1:1 help available throughout ๐ No loud noise, no forced group activity, no rush ๐ Flexible setup, tables spaced, low lighting, quiet music (optional) ๐ The Crafty Beanie, Saffron Walden ๐ฆ Ages 4 โ teens (SEND only, siblings welcome if helpful) ๐ท ยฃ12.50 per maker ๐ซง Includes all materials + take-home snowglobe ๐ฅค Free squash / water, parents may bring alternative drinks & snacks if needed โจ If youโd like to discuss any specific needs in advance (e.g. sensory sensitivities, early arrival to settle in, visual timetable, communication cards), just message us, we are happy to adapt.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Participants. More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule. 24โ48 hours before the session: Partial refund (e.g., 50%) or rescheduling if available. Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: No refund. 2. Cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling option. 3. Late Arrivals: Participants will have to 'Jump into the session', no extra time will be provided, and no refund for the time missed. Supervision and Responsibility: Participants must be 6 years or older to attend independently. The instructor, Emma, is not responsible for the actions or behaviour of participants. All participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own safety and conduct during the session. The instructor is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. Participants younger than 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session. Behaviour Expectations: To ensure a safe and respectful environment: Unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the session without a refund. Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited! Participants must follow all safety instructions and creative guidance provided by the instructor. Respect for others and the shared space is expected at all times. Health and Safety: Please notify the instructor of any allergies or medical concerns prior to the session.
