Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Participants. More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule. 24–48 hours before the session: Partial refund (e.g., 50%) or rescheduling if available. Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: No refund. 2. Cancellation by the Organizer Full refund or rescheduling option if the session is cancelled due to low enrolment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Late Arrivals No additional time or refund for late arrivals. Other policies: Painting Workshop Policy (Ages 13+) Materials and Finishing: Participants will be painting bisque pottery using acrylic paints. A protective gloss aerosol topcoat will be applied by staff after the session to seal and finish the artwork. Please note: the finished item is not food-safe and is not kiln-fired. It is intended for decorative purposes only. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this. Supervision and Responsibility: Participants must be 13 years or older to attend independently. The instructor, Emma, is not responsible for the actions or behavior of participants. All participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own safety and conduct during the session. The instructor is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. Behaviour Expectations: To ensure a safe and respectful environment: Unsafe or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the session without a refund. Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited. Participants must follow all safety instructions and creative guidance provided by the instructor. Respect for others and the shared space is expected at all times. Health and Safety: Please notify the instructor of any allergies or medical concerns prior to the session.
