Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Participants. More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule. 24–48 hours before the session: Partial refund (e.g., 50%) or rescheduling if available. Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: No refund. 2. Cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling option. 3. Late Arrivals: Participants will have to 'Jump into the session', no extra time will be provided, and no refund for the time missed. Supervision and Responsibility: Participants must be 6 years or older to attend independently. The instructor, Emma, is not responsible for the actions or behaviour of participants. All participants are expected to take full responsibility for their own safety and conduct during the session. The instructor is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. Participants younger than 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session. Behaviour Expectations: To ensure a safe and respectful environment: Unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the session without a refund. Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited! Participants must follow all safety instructions and creative guidance provided by the instructor. Respect for others and the shared space is expected at all times. Health and Safety: Please notify the instructor of any allergies or medical concerns prior to the session.
